為了比較和借鑒新時(shí)期中德兩國(guó)在社會(huì)改革與社會(huì)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的新成果、新經(jīng)驗(yàn)，促進(jìn)公共管理國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)合作交流，由西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院、德國(guó)柏林經(jīng)濟(jì)與政法大學(xué)共同主辦的2013第八屆中德公共管理國(guó)際研討會(huì)將于2013年9月19日——9月22日在西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)（四川省成都市）舉行，現(xiàn)將征集論文事宜通知如下：

一、 征文主題：社會(huì)改革與社會(huì)政策

1、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系

2、社會(huì)質(zhì)量與社會(huì)政策建構(gòu)

3、德國(guó)社會(huì)政策的歷史、社會(huì)政策改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn)

4、中國(guó)社會(huì)政策的歷史與現(xiàn)狀

5、中國(guó)社會(huì)改革、社會(huì)管理與社會(huì)政策

6、中德社會(huì)政策的比較與借鑒

二、論文征集要求：

1. 論文須緊扣本次研討會(huì)主題，符合學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范，且未曾在正式書刊上發(fā)表；

2. 論文稿件應(yīng)依次包含以下內(nèi)容：英文標(biāo)題、英文摘要、英文關(guān)鍵詞、作者姓名、英文正文、參考文獻(xiàn)、作者簡(jiǎn)介（含性別、出生年月、工作單位、職稱、職務(wù)、研究方向、通訊地址、郵政編碼、電子郵箱、聯(lián)系電話）；

3. 論文字?jǐn)?shù)不得超過6000字；

4. 論文提交的截止日期為2013年8月31日。

三、會(huì)議規(guī)模：40人

四、會(huì)議語(yǔ)言：英文/中文

Call for Papers
The Eighth International Conference on Chinese Public Administration

A conference on Chinese Public Administration will be held in Chengdu on 19th-22nd September 2013 by School of Public Administration at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, jointly organized by Berlin School of Economics and Law.
The conference is for comparing China and Germany’s new achievements in social reform and social innovation field. Papers that relate to these issues are therefore especially welcome. Topics covered may thus include but are not limited to:

Social reform and social policy
1. The relationship between economic development and social development
2. Construction of social quality and social policy
3. The history of German social policy, social policy reform
4. The history and current situation of social policy in China
5. China social reform, social management and social policy
6. Comparison the deference in social policy of China and Germany
